Alison Young
Alison L. Young is the Sir David Williams Professor of Public Law at the University of Cambridge, and a Fellow of Robinson College, Cambridge.
She is the author of Democratic Dialogue and the Constitution (OUP, 2017) and Parliamentary Sovereignty and the Human Rights Act (Hart, 2009) and a co-editor and contributor to The Foundations and Future of Public Law (with L Fisher and J King) (OUP, 2020) and The UK Constitution after Miller: Brexit and Beyond (with M Elliott and J Williams)(Hart, 2018).
She has published widely on public law, human rights and the constitutional implications of Brexit, as well as commentating in the media on constitutional issues, particularly the two Miller decisions.
